APAC: Advocating for animals amid the climate crisis

As we navigate through the challenges of climate change, it's imperative that every sector plays a role in combating this global crisis. I'm thrilled to highlight the impactful work of Vets for Climate Action, an organization dedicated to representing the veterinary community and their industry partners in the fight against global warming.

Led by Chair Dr. Dr Jeannet Kessels, Vets for Climate Action is at the forefront of advocating for our furry, feathered, and scaled friends during this critical time in human history. Their commitment to environmental stewardship and animal welfare is commendable, and their efforts are making a tangible difference in safeguarding our planet for future generations.

Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, Vets for Climate Action is raising awareness about the intersection of animal health, environmental sustainability, and climate change. Whether it's promoting sustainable practices in veterinary medicine, advocating for policies that protect animal habitats, or raising awareness about the health risks posed by climate change, Vets for Climate Action is leading by example and inspiring positive change within the veterinary community and beyond.

Let's support their mission and work together to create a healthier, more sustainable future for all living beings on our precious planet. Join us in applauding Vets for Climate Action for their dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to making a difference.
